BioKinesiologist and Nutritional Therapist

I qualified as a kinesiologist in 2012 with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology. In 2017 I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin. In 2017 I established BioKinesiology with Elma Murphy; a new kind of kinesiology which combines nutrition and the biochemistry of the body with traditional kinesiology muscle testing.

I believe that learning is lifelong, and I am currently studying for a Masters in Food, Nutrition and Health at UCD.

I am dedicated to the recovery of my clients and their ongoing good health. My aim is to get to the root of the problem that is causing the symptoms, rather than address symptoms. In that way, we can endeavour to remove what is causing the problem and support the body to enable it to heal.
