Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become weak and the risk of fractures increases. To improve your chances of strong bones, reduce your alcohol intake to no more than one drink a day, quit smoking, avoid fizzy drinks and caffeine, take regular exercise and get outside when you can, especially over the summer months to increase your vitamin D intake.
